Virtual Turkey Trot

November 26

The Turkey Trot is our largest fundraiser each year.  Our YMCA uses these funds to make a meaningful, lasting impact right here in our community through programs like Learn to swim, Open Doors and Cancer Recovery.  By running the Turkey Trot, you ensure a brighter tomorrow for men, women and children who call our region home.

Just like many events in 2020, the Turkey Trot will be a virtual event.  After talking with city officials and medical professionals, we have made hard decision to move to a virtual event.  We wanted so much to spend our Thanksgiving morning with you, just like we have for the last 25 years.  But being an organization focused on health of individuals and of our community, we know that we must do our part to keep everyone safe.

Stuff the Streets

Turkey Trot has been stuffing the streets for more than 20 years, this year we would like to fill the pantries of local food bank shelves. Participants are asked to bring as many non-perishable food items as they can carry to the Y or during the month of November. Please join us in supplying food for those in need.
